APT 1400F
The fastest flying probe tester in the world. A completely new model with a face lifted frame allowing higher speed and higher accuracy than the previous model with the possibility to use six upper side contacting probes. Two of the probes are perpendicular to the PCB, which allows contacting of very dense PCBs or contacting into connectors.
